Farewell to Trafalgar flats
The official party arriving for the event to mark the beginning of phase 1 of the demolition of Trafalgar Flats including Burnley Council chiefs, local residents and members of Trafalgar Flats’ estates sub-committee. Coun. Phil Bilham Housing Committee chairman said, “Special thanks must go to the Trafalgar Tenants’ Association for their hard work and patience over the past few years”.
