Hollywood producer Jesse Kiplinger (Alwyn Brown) with his child sweetheart Murial Tate (Linda McLoughlin), in the second act from "Plaza Site".

From a review by Shirley Ryan:
The Garrick theatre Club is to be complimented on its excellent presentation of "Plaza Suite" which ran from last Wednesday, 5th February 1975 until Saturday. The production was very professional and, despite the Arctic-like temperature of the Co-op Assembly Rooms, the packed audience obviously enjoyed every minute. The play consisted of three separate short stories, each concerned with a different aspect of love and marriage, but all centred around the same suite - 719 - at the Plaza Hotel.

The first, a tragic break-down of a marriage. Dorothy Spencer as the wife gave an excellent insight into her problems. Husband Sam played by Geoffrey Pratt finds the attractions of the office, namely secretary Jean McCormack (Judith Hulme) far more attractive than spending time trying to sort out his marital chaos. The second play took a look at the other side of the coin - the unhappy wife going to a hotel to meet her childhood sweetheart. The wife (Linda McLoughlin) falls hook line and sinker for her ex-sweetheart. Another marriage practically on the rocks! The third act centres round the bride's home on her wedding day and was the most hilarious of the three in a pathetic sort of way. The bride (Jane Hodges) is having doubts about her wedding. Father (Peter Hodges) tries to talk his little girl round but only succeeds in making matters worse and rowing with his wife (Joan Waterworth).
