Burnley and Padiham
Padiham’s war veterans pay tribute to the local people who lost their lives during the wars.
Despite the weather the people of Padiham turned out in force, the procession led by the East Lancashire Girls’ and Boys’ Brigade Band started from the Railway Hotel in Station Road and made its way up to St. Leonard’s Church for the morning service and afterwards there was a Remembrance Day service at the war memorial.
