Donkey Derby

When these girls from Ivy Bank Secondary School turned up for a donkey riding practice, they found a difficulty - there were no donkeys. Undaunted, they gave one another piggy back rides instead. The girls still need the practice though for a Donkey Derby on August 1st at the Prairie Field.
One of the highlights of the event, which is organised by Burnley Rotary Club, will be a display by the Black Knights sky diving team. All proceeds will go to charity.
