If the audience enjoy themselves as much as these members of the cast do at rehearsals, the production should be a great success.

St John's RC Church, Padiham, takes on a new venture at the end of this month with its first pantomime. "Cinderella" is produced by John Smith, an active member of Burnley Light Opera Society; the choreography is by Margaret Boyle and Ted Reid has written most of the script. The pantomime opens on January 29th and will also be given the following day and on February 5th and 6th.
