Mrs Hayward receives the cheque from Mr Fawley.

The Pat Seed Appeal fund has received yet another boost, this time from the Rotary Club of Padiham, which has given £340 from its charity fund. The presentation took place before the weekly meeting of the club at the Simonstone Hotel. The cheque was presented by Padiham Rotary president Mr R. Fawley and was received by Mrs Julie Hayward, the Burnley Organiser for the fund. The Fund has been set up to buy a CT scanning machine for Christie Hospital in Manchester.
