A tour of Qualitex Yarns Limited, Burnley factory at Park Mill, Leyland Road, was arranged this week for the Mayor of Burnley, Alderman E. J. Willis and Mrs Willis. The tour is an annual event and Alderman Willis was invited to look around the factory and inspect the yarn-processing plant, laboratories and training school. He was also given a demonstration of quality testing and viewed a display of the textiles and garments produced by their customers.
