Christmas came a little late this year for about 24 members of Colne Parish Church Mothers’ Union.
But late or not, the members enjoyed their annual dinner at Colne's West Lynn Hotel on Friday and although there was no after-dinner entertainment the stimulating conversation made for a happy evening and there’s a lot to be said for good company being the best entertainment on the bill.
