Lancashire Cricket League Officials Visit West End

The Lancashire Cricket League officials visited the West End ground on Saturday 19th July and were welcomed by Mr. Helm Spencer, one of the senior members of the Lowerhouse CC committee. He is greeting the league secretary, Mr. Jack Isherwood. Others in the group are Mr. Jack Powis, of Nelson, the league president, Mr. Leslie Eastwood, former secretary of Lowerhouse and now assistant secretary of the league, and Mr. F. A. Astley (league treasurer).
