AROUND 180 people supported a dance to raise money for cancer research on Friday evening.
The dance, which was held at Barnoldswick’s Rolls-Royce Welfare Centre, was organised by Mrs Carol Townson, who does voluntary work and is involved with a Yorkshire Cancer Research Campaign.
The event included dancing to Action Disco, and buffet supper. It raised £86, which has been sent to Cookridge Hospital, Leeds.
